A Welcome Message from Our Rector

Rev. Susan Slaughter, our Rector
Greetings and welcome to the website of St. Luke's in the Meadow Episcopal Church. It is truly a pleasure to have you visit us. We invite you to join us on Sundays for Adult and Children's Christian Education followed by worship and then fellowship. We provide infant and child care on Sundays and by reservation for other days and programs. If you have any questions or if we can assist you in any way, please call our parish office at 817-534-4925 or you may e-mail us at church@stlukesfw.org.
You will find us to be a warm and friendly congregation that considers the worship of God and the preaching of God's Word to be the sure foundation of our life together as a community of faith. We celebrate our diversity while, at the same time, we know and rejoice that we are one body in Christ, our Savior. Our love for one another and fellowship with one another are empowered by the unconditional love that God has for us; expressed in the live and sacrifice of His precious and only Son, Jesus Christ.
Whoever you are and wherever you are on your travel through life, you are invited to share this love with us and join us on this journey of faith. As you review our website, you will not only see the breadth of our congregation, but you will come to see that we are moving more and more deeply into the knowledge and love of God and love for one another. We rejoice in our opportunities to discern and accomplish God's purposes for us.
Your sister in Christ,
The Rev. Susan Slaughter, Rector
